A bowl of Saugeen Organic Yogurt

Handful of frozen Stahlbush raspberries

2 crushed-up Erewhon Organic Graham crackers

Stir it up and I was done - delicious!  I liked how the graham crackers gave a nice texture to the smooth yogurt.  The graham crackers are made with ingredients like organic graham flour, organic honey and organic molasses, but best of all were not too sweet and did not overpower the yogurt.  Ok, thanks for reading!

]]>New Kale Chipshttp://www.dadsorganicmarket.com/about-our-regina-store/new-kale-chips.htmlDad's Regina2012-05-22T18:03:51Z2012-05-22T18:03:51ZRaw foods are becoming very popular as of late, and we’re super excited to have gotten in raw kale chips now!  For those of you that shudder in horror at the idea of eating kale as a snack, you may actually be surprised by the taste.  Right now we have different flavors like Cheese Pizza (no worries, they’re still vegan), Ranch, and Tarragon Dijon, and they can be a great alternative to people who are getting tired of regular-old fried potato chips.

One of the brands we carry is Raw Vitality; they make kale chips that are raw, organic and vegan.  They add some extra ingredients like sprouted chia, pumpkins seeds, spices and sundried tomatoes as well, making for a pretty nutritious snack compared to many MSG-laden, artificially flavored potato chips.  They can be found in the aisle near the produce section.  Have a great day!

If you’re looking for anything in particular and don’t see it, don’t panic! We probably do carry it in the store, but just haven’t loaded it onto the website. Don’t hesitate to drop us a line via email or phone call and we will find that product that you are looking for.

Also, we have a delivery service!! Shop for your groceries from home, and get it delivered to you!! Now it’s even easier to shop from home using our ‘Browse Our Aisles’ link rather than racking your brain trying to remember everything you want.
